As trainman7616 already said, the tracks are included in Jointed Rail's "American Intermodal" pack.

Search for "EET Detail" on DLS, and you will find a lot of nice stuff, including those skids you asked for (EET Detail - Crate 06 and EET Detail - Foiled bags).
