Yes, made by me--- but not released. Coming soon! They are Trinity 17,600 Gal. Tank Cars, used to carry Liquified Sugar, Molasses, and Corn Syrup.

As trainman7616 already said, the tracks are included in Jointed Rail's "American Intermodal" pack.

Search for "EET Detail" on DLS, and you will find a lot of nice stuff, including those skids you asked for (EET Detail - Crate 06 and EET Detail - Foiled bags).
