That is an Option when you buy that magnificent Hudson from K&L Trainz.

I'm pretty sure their his own creation. There is no option for deflectors in Surveyor or Driver, and there are no mesh files for them included in the original version.

He used the smoke deflectors from either Steve's CN 0-8-0 or PRR K4's.
