I agree with that, I think a moderator should be put in place, and that moderators only job is to monitor people quoting screenshots, and for that elected moderator to have one job only: to remove peoples

tags ... so that only the link to the photos shows ... I volunteer for the unpaid job position.

Quoting screenshots is totally unnecessary, when a link is all that is needed.

No it is not, not if you have a legitimate question about something posted. And there is nothing in the COC about quoting pictures, although there is something in there about needlessly harrassing people about the issue. If you are so concerned about a few additional images being shown, why don't you ever complain about the cross posting that goes on in here with the same picture being posted in two or three different threads. That is a bit more annoying in my view.
