An NS Autoracker runs on the rather familiar Tidewater Branch towards Tidewater and the last collection of PC ALCOs in the area.

LOL, it needs a few more or it won't be a bridge much longer.

Hallo,

about the Trestle at the screen one page back:

Just something about the distance of the steel poles.
I created this poles the way to match the dimensions of the Milwaukee Road Trestles in the Bitterroot Mountains. First, I measured the length of the trestles in Google-Maps and counted the number of the Steel Poles used for each Trestle. After that I did some calculations. Due to that investigations I was able to conclude the dimensions of all of the Trestles.
Here the results:
There is a distance of 16 Meters between the poles. The steel poles itself are 16 Meters long as well. That means the Trestle starts from its one end and spans over 16 Meters from the concrete support to the first steel pole. Than we have the first steel pole and the bridge goes over it at the next 16 Meters. After than the bridge again spans over 16 Meters from the first steel pole to the second steel pole - and so on. Just study my trestles at the route "Milwaukee Road Avery-Drexel" which is built-in at TS2010.

Yes, I agree - just from it appearance the trestle at the screen (one page back) really would require some more steel poles :-)

Anyway, thanks for using my steel poles, but I really recommend to do some investigations about the appearance of such steel Trestles - similar to the way I described above :-)

Your's TUME

It's a kitbashed bridge. It uses supports by TUME, simulatortrain's new track, and the side girders are built-in under the name "Bridge Kit".

I use Maddy25's 'Plate Girder Bridge, Bendy' as the track and use TUME's bridge supports and his 'bridge-end' abutments as the bridge ends to make really tall bridges. The top of the abutments cover the ballast of the track and the doesn't come out the sides of the abutments like some others.

A late Southern Seaboard Railway switching move and A local craws across the track at 10 MPH mainly because the track needs to be re-ballasted

Ryan, that shot of CUS is amazing, can I assume those are concrete supports you built? Everything looks great!! :D
The whole thing is an asset I made, I'm planning on adding more details as I go along as well as making it passenger enabled for my Metra cars. It's based on CUS but is a generic station that can be used anywhere, if there are any specific details you'd like to see, let me know!

hey Ryan would that be the northern concourse or the southern? looks great either way just one half gets my favorite trains and the other doesn't.
