He skinned it off a low light SD70M-2 using the SD70ACe bump map.

Yes, I used the CITX MEsh, and then I skinned a regular ACe Bump map. Then I exported it onto the mesh.

That is a JointedRail locomotive and it is scripted that way that is the rear of the train
