An ATSF GP60M brings a heritage passenger train up over Tehachapi Loop on a bright Monday morning.
If you want more of a "Santa Fe heritage" touch, I'd suggest using the default AT&SF streamlined coaches. It would be even better with a GP60M A-B-B-A lashup just like the real Super Chief except with GP60Ms.

A N&W Y6B #2178 waits at a signal as J #600 overtakes it with a passenger train in tow. The N&W Js tie with the C&O Greenbriers for my favorite steam locomotive. Seriously, I had a slight crush on 611 when I saw her in I Love Toy Trains (The "Smooth Operator" song, if I recall) as a wee lad, and finding out that they can haul two passenger cars at 20 miles per hour up an 8% grade only makes them better. The people at the Roanoke shops really knew what they were doing when they intended on designing a passenger locomotive that could tackle even the toughest of grades.

Thanx, guys! Your nice compliments make me work harder. It's my WIP Southern California route. I'm trying to build a Cajon Subd. At the moment, I have built 25 kilometers of built track with signals, objects, textures and etc. From Yermo to Dagget, from Dagget to East Barstow Yd. In my plans, I 'll trying build Cajon Pass to San Bernardino. Thank you, Andy for HOG only terrain map. And, welcome back )). I am very glad to see you again.
