Nope, Diecastgalore made the UP E9 on the DLS.... He used the F7 mesh from the now Lost-to-history Content Creation-Art-Disks...... the same mesh that the JR unit was based off of.

Diecastgalore put up a whole "City of Portland" passenger train... E9As and E9Bs....passenger cars, etc..
