I see what you did there ;P you had ADOT pull up the I-17 (the only Interstate in America to not go to more than one state) and lay rail and had an excursion train going on the tracks of the newly built Sun Runner train XD

I-17 isn't the only one. You forgot about I-19 also in your state and that only goes between Tucson and the border of Mexico. Actually other Interstates come to mind that are wholly within one state, I-12 between Baton Rouge and Slidell Louisiana, and I-4 between Orlando and Tampa Florida.
