Those shrubs would be Pofig's. You can get them for free here: http://429786.ucoz.ru/ (In russian, google translate is your friend)
I cant remember wich pack that includes those shrubs, but I'd get everything thats on the site anyway as Pofig's stuff is awesome!

Downloaded what I think are a couple of his packs but I am not sure. How would I know if I have his items in surveyor? I looked through everything and nothing except that which I have already had appears to be of comparable quality.
