-Very cool shot kimo. may i ask about some shrubbery names used in that shot?

-Joe

Thank you. I'm outta town away from my PC for the day and using my iPad at the moment but those are about 6 different trees I used to make that shot. The hights were adjusted to look like shrubs. Bout half are G:trees and the other are Pino. I Think the Pino are trainzitalia west from Denver/Sherman hill trees I forget but I'll let ya know for sure when I get back to my PC. I've been obsessing over trying to make the perfect southwest scenery.

betsy662 - Yes those are my Geeps..... That I bought from VMD:hehe:

I looked for them the last time I visited their site, but no American stuff to be found there any longer, its my understanding that VMD is releasing much of their older payware as freeware, I did manage to get the N&W ones, and had to modify those to make them work, but I still hope to find the ATSF version one day!

any known realease date on the dash 8's?
thanks,
zman27
I would not ask that if I were you, I got called a gimmie-pig last night for asking basicly the same thing. There are some people on that will label you a gimmie-pig for asking about a release date, the JointedRail crew are not in that bunch. Not trying to be rude, just trying to help you out so you dont get labeled a gimmie-pig.

TopGek: i know what an SD45 is, but there are not any in Joe's images. in either case, zman appears to have made a mistake.

and guys, dont worry about someone who doesn't even know whats going on popping in and calling you gimmiepigs. you dont fit the definition anyway.

the dash8 should start popping up here in April at some point, but i have not figured out exactly when.

ptrainman: Thanks for the kind comment..I love trainz and what can accomplish with it..I like to strive for realistic stuff, but it doesn't always come out that way..
