Thanks guys. The shot is off East Kentucky v3 (still a WIP) taken at the west end of the Buckeye Branch wye. IIRC about 30 miles of main line plus about the same again made up of several meandering coal branches...
 
My friends and I were driving down the road and saw this gorgeous thing on the tracks, so we decided to race it. I grabbed my camera from beside me and zoomed in and took this shot.
