I dont know what your using as a paint prog but depending on layers and colors used (and how you apply the layers) youll get a diff color depending on the base color...and depending on what layer you add (for ex multiply, burn, blah blah) you will get a color your not looking for..or looking for...

This time in Burlington Northern livery. I've tried to model it off the one in this link.

Now, Mark Hoffman also did an RS3 in BN livery but his is slightly different with the black extending down further from off the roof than the one I'm doing.
The green I used matches SPORBUST's SD40 but not the RS3 by Mark. My question is, should it match Mark's or would it be prototypical for it to be slightly different in matching SPORBUST's shade of green??
Opinions would be most welcome
Just realised that the black needs to come down a bit more around the cab, just like this.
