Thanks. It took a while to set up all those people (place one, raise them, turn them, repeat....ugh) luckily it's on a separate layer so I can hide the whole parade. Still have more people to place too.

That is 'PS2 Sand Hopper', made by simulatortrain, available here on the old Trainz Forge website, and included in the Coal Country DLC on JR and Trainz Store.
