Amtrak #55, the Southern Star to Amarillo, Texas, pulls across the CJ, B&OCT, and Panhandle mains at
Brighton Park crossing, while NS and CNW transfers wait on the CJ, both heading to Ashland Ave Yard.

Nice screenshots everyone :).

The Union Pacific DDA40X looks great Ekankal, and superb route building too. Doesn't look Swedish to Me ;).

At 49th Street crossing, the Pennsylvania Railroad's Panhandle jackknifed the B&OCT, all while ducking under the GTW's
curvy bridge connection to their east/west section of mainline between 47th Street Yard on the C&WI corridor and Elsdon
Yard, a couple of miles to the west, near Kedzie, where the GTW mainline hooked to the south towards Blue Island.

New York Central's terminal subsidiary, the Chicago River & Indiana, formerly the Chicago Junction Railroad, make for
Norfolk Southern's modern-day trackage along this corridor. These two roads and the GTW used the connection, out of frame.

Thanks for your kind words guys :).

The DDA40X is the old one that was built-in in TS2009 (if I remember correctly), I've only given it some new "make-up" ;).

Originally the PRR pan handle line divided north from PRR 59st yd the line s ran north of CGW-WOOD ST to the CNW/PRR/MILW to UNION STATION...
The GTW/NYC(IHB/CRI) was known as the STOCKYARD BRANCH., ELSDON YD was west of California ave and GTW connected north to RAILPORT YARD.
On the east end passenger trains connected to the C&WI to Dearborn station and the WABASH had the yard just north of 47st...which also connected to the CJ from the east end main...
The CHICAGO RIVER AND INDIANA (NYC)/CJ operated the UNION STOCKYARD AND TRANSFER CO and was merged later into the CRI., ASHLAND YD was called the CJ...
nice route keep up the great work.............
