If they're on US rails, then yes they do! Saw a BCOL C40-8M not long ago up near chicago. Along with two CN SD50fs, which was a complete surprise.

There's no need for the caps and bold print...

You have to change some extensions in the config file of the textures asset. I don't remember the specifics, but you need to change the ".tga" extensions to ".texture".
