That's a pretty stupid slang word if you ask me. Why doesn't he just say it "looks really great?" Slang these days is getting "SICK!"

I agree with Dave, even though Im only 24 years old, I would rather say "Great job on that" than say "YAH Looks Sick Bro".

Pretty sure sick has been used as slang for something like 30 years now

I used the word "sick" a lot when I was young and didn't want to go to school back in the 50's and 60's. Never worked very well.
