But that one has one missing dependence that is not included. And when I got that to work, There was no ARN, No strobe lights, and no ditchlights, and there is a red bug

It took me several days, and lots of community help to bring the config up to TS12 HF4 standards. But it is doable.

One missing dependency? I don't think that's a problem. Anyways, I was intending to modify it and use it as an IndustRail HEP car.

Like it has been said, The YN3 F40PH is a Club Car Item for Club Car Members, and the YN3b is a reskin by me. The OCS Cars are just generic reskins of VIA Budd Cars (Wasn't much to reskin really, so it's the classic Paint over the detail reskin)
