It is built in to TS12. Search JR under track.

WHAT? Why did i not noticed that track while i typed a hundred times JR track in Trainz Surveyor?!?!

That's not included in Trainz 12. It's one of the tracks with concrete ties found on JR's website in the Freeware section.

Alright, now i'm getting confused.... Someone says it's in Trainz 12 included, but then someone else say it's on JR.... But i can't find it on JR....

Make sure you have an account and are logged in. go to Freeware > Trackside Items and you'll see the Concrete Tie Track. Click on it, then click the download link on the next page.
