Actually, I did this by a request of my friend who prompted me in school over a week ago, but this is too much irony that you and him asked for the same thing.

Cheers,

lol...Nicely done.....At least someone made one.... :Y:

Do it yourself. It's easy.

Yeah, it may be easy to you when you got all the right programs and know what files your editing and the right fonts etc.....And yet have the time to putz around with it......

So your saying you re-painted a payware item then gave this to him hopefully you didn't? I'm pretty sure that would not be permitted by JR. Just saying.

Giving him the model I see would be wrong to do...But would it be wrong if he had the model already and the guy just gave him the repaint of this new loco??? I dont see how that could be bad if he already bought the loco and just have this guy do a skin for him and send it to him???

Either way yeah I would think that's still in the wrong. I could be wrong but that's just how i feel.

Unless permission was granted by the original creator then sure that's fine, but if not then that's not right, because who is to say someone re-painted it and didn't just give them the model to?

Also I'm just saying not trying to start a war over this.

Oh no....I believe ya....BUT if they just got the skins either way the loco wont work without the model its self.....But I see what ya mean on "WHAT IF" they gave out the model as well.....That would be wrong....Yes

Because he doesn't own that skin any more than the model would be a good start.

Right, which is another reason. I had the time and know-how to make the skins from scratch. Simply painting a few things here and there over someone else's (in this case my) work does not give that person the right to distribute it.

oh and here's a screenshot:

I thought I explained this to him already. I remember asking the same question too a while back. I told him thats what you said.
