Erik,

superb CP reskins. The numbering is a tad off though if your going for prototypical correctness. 3000's is for GP38-2's. The CP Rail System units were typically carried the dual flag scheme prior to getting repainted to the new scheme like on your GE skin. The CP Rail units had either the large a small multi-mark scheme. Just trying to help you out.
