There are even tunnels with track + road in the us lol. Every time a train comes the tunnel is closed for car traffic So i guess something like this exsists somewhere too

I know there is one place in Minnesota where you drive to the main gate of Camp Riply the road the the RR tracks shares the same bridge

I know on the Alaska Railroad, you have to use same tunnel the trains do to get to Whittier, AK. all I know is I wouldn't want to try to tailgate the weekly car barge train

The track I'm using is 132# Jointed Rail Track. Theres a bunch on the DLS.
