It actually started on November 15th, 2006, 06:50 AM, but there was a short period in time where the forum thought the year was 1970.

I find that odd the forum would think it was 1970, since proper internet wasn't even around then. You'd think software wouldn't allow forums to take dates back that far.

It's something to do with the programming. If you take out the battery from a computer's motherboard you will find the clock resets to Jan 1970 as well.
