Excuse my n00bness with the station design. anyone got any tips for making a realistic union station? This is Freedom City Union Passenger Terminal

(Tips that should not be given:
-give it scenery
-make it bigger
-put trains on it

Apart from those few any advice is welcome

It looks fine for a small city. If you'd like abit more operational variety you could use 2 sets of ladders crossing the 3 mains with double slips. Also, note that the double slips' switch blades are actually intersecting with the frogs. I'd recommend making it slightly tighter to create a proper inside slip. Apart from that, it's a very nice US-looking station layout. I like how you've paid attention to differentiate between using concrete ties and wooden ones for the switches, as per real life.
