Uploading new route with DLS assets?

Am I permitted to upload a route that I created, which in-turn includes multiple assets that I had originally downloaded from the DLS? My question lies in that other people had originally created most of those assets...

You are permitted to upload routes with other's content in them. Other people that download the route will also have to download the content used in the route.

What you cannot do is upload a modified/reskinned version of someone else's content with out their permission.

If you got them from the DLS only.. you can include the reference to them in your route. The DLS is considered 'freeware' and 'public domain' ONLY for unmodified use in Trainz member made routes. As long as they are unmodified they can be used.
