Proviso? Ha. That place. As stated in the comments there, they don't do anything. Their focus won't be the engine, they'll do everything but fix the panels. If they do, they'll be yellow and out of place. Send it to Cheyenne, they can fix it there.

Its against the law period to vandalize these things, if they would have caught the a** hole that did this, he would have been arrested. See, its all a game, a filthy, nasty game.
