Unplayable scenarios

I bought TS 2009 Word Bulder Edition two years ago, but I got some troubles with playing the scenarios. Some texts are written in German, which is difficult to read while it's an English game.
Also, a lot of scenarios cannot be finished because mostally my train is waiting for a red signal which stays for hours on the same color. Never it changes into yellow or green, and I cannot change te switches because it's controlled automatically.

I installed the game this week again on my computer and installed the 37625_to_40040 patch, but nothing helps. The same problems still appear.

Does somebody know how I can solve these problems?


Also, I saw a small error message: KSHaupthSignal Thread exception ER_NativeCallException line - 1 file signal.gs.

Hi poem,

I don't know for sure but if it will allow you to edit the scenario remove the signal and replace it with a different but similar signal.
The error you have seems to indicate there is something wrong with that signal.
Also the latest build for TS2009 is 44088 I think.

scenarios cant be edited. can they?

You're not actually editing the scenario, you are editing the map. It might require saving under a different name but you have to load the scenario to edit the map otherwise the scenario will be orphaned.

The website says i'ts a beta version, so I tried the latest stable version.

Editing that signal wil not help, I think. I looked over the whole map, and the other trains are waiting for red signals also.
