The 523 kuids are aurans. Off the N&W Y6B.
They're in 2012 cm but not 2010.
The other is VR S enginespec 09 by philskene.

There part of Ben Neals steam trains i seen philskene using..and looking back on his thread,they are for TS12.

Is there any where these are for TS10 or maybe just these missing kuids for to use

The 69871 kuid could be replaced with 2:81997:51309:6, VR S class e spec. Phil did a revised one, I presume he drives in cab mode.
The 1972918 kuid is the Y6B interior, 1972769 is steam 10. Maybe replace both.

Steam 6 is the latest available in 2010, or do a keyword search for steam and take your pick.

How about bens USRA cab, 96914:55479 or the shortline cab :55201.

I have downloaded from the DLS the N&W class Y-3 by wva-usa and was able to get all dependecies from the DLS except 523:1972769. Where can I get it? What is meant by the phrase "steam 10"? This loco is for 2.9 and that is TS2009, right? I have TS2009 sp3.

523: KUIDs are by Rob Shaw, who is an N3V artist. This usually means that the KUID will be either built-in to a later patch or version, or part of an addon pack.

Steam 10 is in 2012 but not 2010. It's part of the N&W Y6B which I think is available for 2012 only even though it is build 2.9.
Search your cm for any Steam xx asset and substitute the kuid. Probably starting with author #311512, notice the last 3 digits.
