This asset without the kuid2 or :127 is <kuid:123250:100287> Steam Soundz: NA Modern, Large Steam - Version 4 from the DLS by Author WV-USA on the DLS.
The :127 usually indicates a built in item at the highest level you can update a asset. You will not be able to get someone to send you this version.
Go into your configuration file, find this asset, remove the 2 after kuid and the :127. Save the config and submit it. You can download the original item from the dls (or a version that is higher) and your engine should work again.
