Uneeded Pauses At False Signals

Signals continue to be set to RED for no reason. Only one train on the the system. That train approaches a signal that is falsely red it pauses and waits some time to get a green. That time seems to have no reference to need or reality. This saga looks like some old philosophy that was put in the program to add "reality" to train operations. It does the opposite.

There were pauses, of a similar nature, that seemed to be related to "acceptable" switches (white circles) but which caused either pauses or a stoppage. Using the track straightening function eliminated those. But now there remains the "stop at red for no reason" anomaly.
