Uncouplez config

Back in the days of Trainz 2006, I remember that there was a way to change the config file of a tender locomotive so that when you gave the command to 'uncouplez' (say at a terminus platform), you didn't have to remember to choose uncouplez from 0 in the case of a non-tender loco and uncouplez from 1 in the case of a tender loco. The uncouplez 0 would work for both types. Is this still possible and if so, can anyone remember what you actually changed in the config file? Thanks

The tender should have the number already in its config. The tender will be counted as the engine so 0 is the split between tender and first wagon. Config engine 0 tender 1.
