Unable to sabe sessions in packs Settle&Carlisle and Murchison 2

I am not able to save sessions when I finish a play. I set a name for the session and Apparently the game is being saved, but later the 'saved' session does not appear in the saved session list. Please can someone give me a Solution? Thanks

Two types of saved session. One is found in the saved session window on start up and the other is in the routes window edit session.
