Hi as you will see I am in the UK and atm I have no problems with the DHL and can also download via CMP.
It looks like a connection problem, have you tried this go to your profile click onto edit password then you can either keep the same one but re enter it and confirm then save or change it and confirm and save.
This has the effect of re enabling the helper and may help you .

The question is, however, what version of trainz are you running?
TR04?
TR06?
Classic?
Give the community a bit more detail on your problem, instead of "Unable to contact the DLS" ....
This can be a number of things, I had trainz help set up to DLS for TR04 thus conflicting with TR06 if I tried to download ...
Other times it could be that your user name and password does not match with your user profile ... for example: if you change your user name and password in your profile you MUST do the same in all versions of trainz, so it matches!
Another issue could be your ticket statues ... do you have a first ticket class ??
