Unable to Confirm Railroad Lines Purshase for 1 to 2 days?

The last PayPal purchase I made took more than a week, for a FCT.
Mailed objects from Austrailia have taken three weeks time.
Firewalls have been known to reject the product e-mail response...
Brisbane, Queensland, Austrailia is 12 hours ahead of us...this means if you purchase on Wednesday, the transaction happens Thursday & is recieved on credit card charges Friday, then you recieve on Monday & so on...
Purchase by mail using check or money order may take at least 3 months but don't think it has not been done.
