Hmmm, reminds me of the giant L&P bottle in Paeroa.
Try reading the Aussie thread sometime. A simple one sentence comment often heads off into a 2-3 page discussion, that has little to do with the original topic, and more importantly, NO SCREENSHOTS!!
So subtract a couple thousand replies from our total, I think you're still in front.

Not looking great is it?Somewhere around on my computer(s), I did start to modify RB002, into LEV2/3, but where I put the file is anyones guess.
Hi WEN. It is sorely in need of a paint job but we can't get it on shed at present (they're full). It does run but the last time it was used, it failed on its first trip and was rescued by a BoBo we had lying around. Hehe.

Long time away
I have been a long time away so here are a few shots of the route (WCL3) between Bruton and Frome moving east from Bruton.
Bruton station almost completed.
Passing over the viaducts east of Bruton
A shot en route with the Class 46 heading some RM stock
Little Keyford, so nearing the point where the Frome line rejoins the main lines
And finally passing the track divergence to Frome from the eastern side of the town.
Yes, I have started work on this section again but keep leaving it to make assets...

I like the ones of bruton angela, reminds me of my time in primary school in the same town.
Also casper might be interested in this one.
This is my first Gmax work to make it into the game, and im pleased with the results. orthough i need to make the sides of the sign black... In V2 perhapes.

What a great result!
Congratulations.
The sides of the sign look perfect to me. The shine on the edge nearest the post makes it look very realistic. The image of the train and the sign writing is first class as well.
You must be very proud. If not, you should be!

That's RB3 you're looking at in my pic. It started off in the Bristol-Templemeads area before winding up in the hands of NIR. Here's a bit more info non it.

As I said in another thread, well done. To get an asset into game is an achievement in anybodies books so you can be both pleased and proud.
And it's a good model too. If you are worried about the sides put a black strip down one side of the image and adjust in Unwrap UVW so that is at the edge. An alternative is to make the Box thinner.
In case you are unaware, to bring an updated image in with the same name select it and then press Reload. If you don't the image won't change.

And thanks. I just wanted a change from asset production for a while so opened the third section and started out in the direction od Bruton. Got there now so need to make another 'target'. But I find I need assets as I go and then stop to make them, so progress is slow.
I got carried away a bit with several sets of light industrial units. Some have gone to the TPR site for the UK section and for 2004 users but the DS ones are a little more of a problem. TC3 gave up the ghost on me on this PC so I put it on my laptop where it works fine. But it means moving files back and forth on a memory stick so I can check the assets and then make the CDPs. So a fiddle.
And I am have problems with the config on one set that has night mode and a naming ability. If night mode works the naming does not yet if Ray Whiley manages to get the naming working night mode stops...(we work together sometimes) it's driving us nuts.
I made them after finding these types of buildings difficult to find for Bruton yard.
