UK Screenshots (Hi Res Version)

2 photos today from Market Overpound.

Looking over the village of Market Overpound we can see the plantation on the hill and dale workings of the now abandoned No2 quarry. Far back in the distance in the middle of the photo the 116ft boom of the Ransomes & Rapier 5361 stripping shovel can be just made out in No3 quarry where the overburden is much deeper.

And now for the reason for our visit to Market Overpound, we find an ex L&Y Aspinal shunter on loan to the Market Overpound quarry system. The system currently in a motive power crisis and is awaiting spare motive power being drafted in from BSc Tubes division Harlaxton quarry. In the background we can see what remains of the line to No2 quarry and the rows of trees planted on the hill and dale workings. The quarry was only abandoned when it reached the village, the Iron Ore was still good quality.

i believe that loco is a tc3 loco but the trees say your on trs010 does that mean you can use tc3 content in trs010?

Something impossible to model 100% correctly (unusual for you) due to lack of photos etc.

Only 1 was actually made...hmmm...Bulleid Leader 0-6-6? (Long shot I know)

Not really, I found a diagram on the net for 2 of them, just that one in particular was slightly different from the other 2. You are right about leader, the other 2 got scrapped before they were completed, but thats not the answer. I did think about Leader however. But I am not saying what it is.

Some more from me:

old meets new at eggton

class 56 double header heading towards eggton you can see the sector general class 37 behind the signal

here's proof! :D
Screen_074-1.jpg

at 7am thay strike while the class 56 was waiting at a red signal and the crew had gone to the rake of coal hoppers which where attached to check the breaks
Screen_075.jpg

they sure did a quick job of grafitieng as the train has substandard heavy graffiti on both sides by the time the crew was back...(note the use of the police class 47)
Screen_076.jpg

still unsure of how they struck they unattached the coal hoppers which now has continued the journey under the haulage of a class 60
Screen_077.jpg

literally just yards away the culprits run for the car where some...chicks *cough* can be seen waiting i suspect they dared the boys into doing such a dirty act of mucking up the class 56 i payed £8.75 for!
the police don't yet know that those boys did it but i do and trust me I'm gonna sue em for spoiling my lovely railway :(

if thay come back im gona chase em down the track with the very loco thay ruined which now is in the paintshops...
