lewisner, is there something wrong with your graphics card? as all of your shots, although good, are poor in the graphics-sharpness department. Great shots though...

Meyshollop

Meyshollop, I used to run TRS2009 and TC3 on a fairly powerful PC but it was always temperamental and when it packed in the last time I have more or less given up trying to repair. So for the foreseeable I am stuck with my old PC with 1GB RAM and a 256 MB GPU. I'm thankful that I can Trainz at all! This is only a 3 mile route but my PC is creaking under the weight of the scenery.
Plus, I like to Photoshop my screenies but it seems to produce haphazard results. Glad you like the screenies anyway!

Strange really why they are looking like that, they looks worse than being software rendered (having no dedicated GPU). If you had no dedicated graphics card they would appear sharper than what you are posting and instead would look 'blocky'.

Though you say you do have a 256MB GPU.

Perhaps post a screenie without passing it through photoshop, what are doing in photoshop to them? The way your screens are looking looks like they are being blown up many times in size in photoshop and then shrunk down again.

Odd!

You may like to try the platform edge and platform surface kits on the DLS under my kuid 283805; basically these can be bent round to a very tight curve without leaving those gaps you have encountered, as the edges are separate parts from the surface.

Cheers Blackwatch! I have fiddled with the Nvidia control panel and moved the slider over from "performance" to "Quality".
Here are the NER coal drops at Sledmere & Fimber station with a Scammell Scarab lorry waiting to run up to Sledmere Hall.
