A trip to the Ole Valley

The Class 156 that I arrived at the main station at Gainsborough.

I than noticed this pair Numbers 50705 Nova A loco which had been on the line from 2005 to mid 2008 and 50718 Moena a new loco to the Line. I later found that 50706 Miko was also on Ole Valley. It turned out that all 20 of the 50/7 have been in for refirbishment to be but into main line service for special trains.

I then caught the train behined the lines PKP Tr12 to Praton Junction Station to get this picture of the Ole Valleys Duchess 46240 City Of Coventry.

Nice screenshots all :)
I saw a similar BR Blue 33 at Swanage Station on Tuesday - sadly I forgot to photograph it though.

Cant wait for the 66 to be released - it looks very realistic :D I also noticed that it looks very similar to a 3dsMax render

A couple of screenshots of viaducts from opposite ends of the UK:

First, LMS class 5MT 5407 on the Glenfinnan Viaduct on the West Highland Line in Scotland:

...and this shows 37669 and 37672 on and under Moorswater Viaduct in Cornwall:

If only we could be as lucky as this in real life!!

I've recently downloaded the Looe branch route on the DLS and thought it would be good to have some St Blazey 37s for use on this line and the other routes in this area that have been announced (see releases section for details). The Railfreight 37 is seen pulling some of John Whelan's excellent clay hoods and the Tiger Polybulks are being hauled by the sector distribution 37.

Thanks for all the great feedback on this project- shouldn't be long now. Just a bit of dirt, shadow meshes and some attempt at all the wiring on the main frames to go.

Stunning!

Just a thought- (and this depends on how you have set up the side numbers) try adding hint=dynamic to the .texture files for the numbers and they won't appear blurred when viewed from this tight angle.

I'm not sure how you would do this if these are standard alphanumbers though as these don't seem to have associated .texture files.
