does anyone think i should give it a go?
it looks quite easy
i have most of the locos at hand anyway (Gwr 14xx 1420, 1366 cl 1369 and so on)

any tips on landscaping as the only landscaping i've done is for modelling purposes!

P.s i only have a small ram and trainz 2006 so be nice if it isnt the best

The only limit with Surveyor is your imagination.

How much ram do you have in your machine or what is the specs? TRS handles well on anything since about 2003 or so and has a decent graphics card. (About the 1.0Ghz CPU era, but that is REALLY stretching it! 1.0Ghz/256mb RAM and a very decent graphics card should be just about OK on minimun settings).

That's because the ned who took the shot didn't wait for the sun to move round.......locos never look their natural colour if they are photographed with the sun in a bad position to the train or if the photographer stands on the shadow side of the loco/train.

D6603 passes under the viaduct, with a very short coal train to the Power Station.

Duties done, D6603 resides in the shed.

The nights are drawing in, and D341 is the only inhabitant of the shed as she whistles the night away on road 6.
