New forest splines in the background. Also 2 new UK Backdrop. The spline in the foreground is an upgraded version.

I'm working with a new set of splines and backdrops, pluss some upgrades on previous splines (some will be upgraded while others will be re-made).

All new items in this set will be UK related, more info in the TC thread.

313055 tows 508111 (the latter is third rail, so can take no power from OHLE)

313055 and 508111 await their 10:00 departure.

508111.

Two Ruston 48DS locos are based here to shunt electric loco onto the turntable, and into the shed (hence why two are needed)

Their duties done, the units are stabled in the carriage sidings.

Pellet I hate to tell you this but you can't have that combination as the 508's can only work in multiple with the class 507 and 508's only sorry

They can, of course, couple mechanically and pneumatically. Had Silverlink not given the repairs and maintenance contract to Willesden depot, seeing a 313 hauling a 508 might've been a common place sight, as it was proposed originally that Bletchley should carry out that work.

Do they have the haulage capacity to haul a Class 508 on the WCML? And their being no electrical connection between the 2? I thought 313s only had 880 horses anyway.
