It's probably the paintshed re-skin of the TGV by ickletigress on the DLS... (better than it sounds actually)

Its the reskin TGV on the DLS. It sounds bad but its actually a good quality train and seems like the real thing at first..

It's a shopping Centre built over a station . The BR double arrow sign is still used as a common sign to denote a Station (on Network Rail) in the UK
