I know, but the other ones that came with it in the pack didn't have the right coloured ballast

There is definitely a UK gauge version of that track which has the look of newly laid UK "grey" ballast though.....the version that's in my previous screenshot in fact. Surely that will do?

It will take too much effort to change all the track now anyway - it's not very noticable that the wheels are slightly inward from the track, so it's not much of a problem

A deisel freight train on the CTRL heads towards Calais, where the cantenary work will start. Meanwhile, a Southern 377 races past it on the 3rd rail system.

Hmmm, looks okay to me (and looks spot on colour-wise for Network Rail yellow).
