Cornish Railways 1980
On the Boscarne Junction to Wenford branch and the class 08 crosses the ungated Dunmere LC. Obviously the chap driving the old Ford truck left his braking a bit late coming down the hill adjustment needed there me thinks. The line was that tight and twisty only a shunter could be used for wagon movements, it eventually closed in 1982

Just to give you a flavour how tight it was, this is an actual photo of another crossing further up the line, could you imagine living in that house?
Plus as a builder of many routes in Trainz, you would never actual build something like this because it would be just too unrealistic

They're ps platf fence 3 (blue) by pliski. kuid:608712:91

I also use some very similar ones, Pedestrian Barrier UK Bendy by paulzmay. kuid:134105:27118 which are grey, though I think pliski also does plain grey ones.

A Class 158 heads down towards Glasgow Queen Street, passing Sighthill on the left.

Approaching the Keppochhill Road overbridge, the route is signalled for Springburn.

I've more or less got everything back in that was lost now.

Last one for a while. This is just an overview from Eastfield to Queen Street which is just about visible in the distance. Most of the stuff beyond Eastfield was lost when the route became corrupted but I've replaced it all now. Parts of the scenery may look a bit spartan but I've changed the way I'm approaching the route now or it'll never get completed. Scenery is going about half a mile to a mile from the track and the route is intended to be driven from the cab so that should be more than enough. I was over thinking things before.

Absolutely demoralising when you lose months of hard work ( been there and almost gave up on trainz as a result )
I can clearly see the track coming from Ashfield station bending on to the main line just beyond Eastfield which i use regularly.

Note that the bendy version is very high poly (I'll do an LOD version one day), so make sure to use 'Pedestrian Barrier UK' for straight lengths, and save the bendy version for tight bends. They will join to each other.

Although I put this in videos, I thought I'd stick it here too as it's relevant to a lot of my recent screenshots. This is a cab ride passing Eastfield on the way into platform 4 at Glasgow QS. Apologies for the ropey quality.

Not strictly realistic as the Buchanan Galleries would be present by the time the 170s were in service, but I'm trying to cover a very broad time period so concessions need to be made here and there.

That's happened to me so many times it's not even funny. I do my best to save stuff but Trainz always finds some way to defeat me.
