Hmm, something not on the Mid-Hants for once? As I asked in another thread, were you on the footplate of a kettle yesterday?
Hi there,
I wasen't unfortunly :hehe:. I saw you in the car park at ropley, but didn't get a chance to say hello. I'm mext on the footplate on the 15th doing a belle turn. Half of me wants it to be the schools class which has come for the gala and the other half wants it to be can pac or bodmin. Even though i love bullieds i wouldn't want wadebridge, as she is just to hot and is more hungry than can pac!!!!!!!!!
Tom
Can Pac on 4th of September waiting for the crew (me included) to get changed and move her off shed.
WEN, do you know anyone by the name of Paul Fairclough? he goes upto the mid hants a lot.
by any chance Nexus, would this be the famous point at Manningtree, by the River Stour by any chance?
No, what department is he in?
Hmm, I was going to ask if she was having her exam, but I just realised, thats the Standard Five, right?
I know one of them has a dodgy tender axle, as when we are trackside, we hear it a lot.
Bodmin (last week) seemed to had a dodgy firebox with the ammount of water on it and as for Wadebridge? I hear she likes to reject her tender sometimes!
Working can be fun, perhaps its the staff shortages that are causing problems.
The footplate crew said all they heard was a loud bang and thought they had hit something like a deer!!! But when they examined the loco at medsted they discovered the tender was about 6" away from the loco than normal.
Steam locos thier all fun and games :hehe:
is that RB002?
why do my shots not work? do I have to still have them in the photobucket album?
Sounds like Mid Hant's fleet of steamers sounds like they might be OOU at this rate!
Bring on the DMUs!
