Awesome work everyone :D

The Southern Suburb Connect line is finally complete after 8 months, being Winstingham's first completed line, it stretches about 20 miles from the city overflow Tenwards, through the District of Rathbone, before turning east at Upper Rapley and serving the little suburbal towns in the Hangney, Flinton, Sackville, and Brickdale Districts, then ending it's journey at the Terminus of Winstingham Royale in the South of the City Centre. :D This is the line featured in my youtube video, but it now has so many changes and improvements you wouldn't recognise it one bit ;)

Here is a map of the route as it appears on stations all over the network :)

And here's a street scene for once, of the Mearsbridge Intersection of Great Southland Street, down the road from Winstingham Royale Station.

I did think this thread needed a booster, but someone's done it before I could upload my screenshot.

Ok, ok, its a Booster, what are you going to do? These things are going to be really interesting to work the physics out for, they aren't your average loco, a heavy flywheel driving a Motor-Generator set is what it had and to variate the power, what did they do? Oh tap off bits of the motor-generator set so it accelerates differently... now you have 26 notches rather than 4! Drivers beware!

Seeing as it's sunny...mow the lawn.

Thank nexusdj, you too.

You want to bet? It was foggy here all day and I ended up driving a fleet car around Littlehampton and Rustington! Put it this way, I don't like the car at all, I really really wanted to go back and drive the Clio everywhere because the Clio (even the Corsa!) is soo much more confortable than the 12 plate Nissan Micra I drove.*

*now comes with automatic stalling devices. Want to reverse? Nissan will make sure of that! Bring your foot off the clutch slightly to stop going anywhere important. We call it an automatic safety device. Stuck in traffic? No problem, disable the car by putting it into first gear, bring your foot off the clutch slowly for that automatic DONK. "Ahh (beep)." The Nissan automatic stalling device, great ideas for the modern world.

Scrap train at Teeford in 1993

A 47 waits for the hot flame of the cutters torch

A stack of scrap 309's

These were once 47's as well. I don't know what numbers they were, as they've peeled off

LNWR Class 08 leads a line of newly withdrawn loco's

Class 47's just withdrawn from Stratford with major damage. The smoke in the background is from some smoke stacks

These 37's are from Swallow Hill (fictional) the closest one had a motor fire. The damage is not evident from the outside, the other 2 are just surplus.

Class 81's from Crewe. Unlike other class members, they are in good condition

More Swallow Hill 37's. These have been sitting in the depot since 1986 as un-serviceable.

Wow, I don't know who you managed to stack the, but great job!

Say, is that a route you made yourself?
