There's a thread in the freeware releases section, it's a class 21 though, not a 22 (yet!). It should be available sometime tomorrow, I've got the upload approval message.

Class 502 looking good in spite of the seemingly over abundance of specular lighting! Will the class 502 be released soon?

Could you please tell me what level crossing you are using in the screen shot.

Hmmm, now that's a good question as it isn't my route. As it's all ATLS compatible though, so the first place to look is for boat's ATLS control assets (KUID:76656 on the DLS) and adrian19's crossing assets (KUID:190624). The crossing in the picture looks like his Mk3 gates. The crossings are all modular so you will need the lights, barriers and controllers to create a crossing.
