Whilst I get myself back into route making as Im set for quite a big project soon, Ive started this today to get to grips with gradients again...

The next project isnt any secret, for the people who care I shall be working on the hope valley line from manchester to sheffield, two sections. one via stockport and hazel grove, and one via guide bridge and romiley.
Hopefully start as soon as I get the trackplans I need for the project.

Great shot of Roby station there Costa Me, I only live up the way from there, are you looking at releasing that route in the near future, and how far does the route go.?.

Also, you do know in about 4 years from now, Roby station will look very different, with overhead electrification and four tracks, two on either side of the platform...
