Well as steam was about on the mainlines diesels and electrics run on today i guess both but the steam age being derelict in the modern age.

A couple from Terras Crossing now on the Looe Estuary, here trains are required to stop and whistle before proceeding across the open crossing.

"(which I'll probably abandon after a month or so...)" Rather than deleting your routes why don't you simply Disable them? Then you can revisit them later on. My Sunderland route has been sitting on the Disabled pile for nearly 2 years now! BTW take my tip and just type "FMA" into the DLS - Vendel (their Creator) has like 500+ items but they are all very realistic.

Now there's a good idea, thanks. I'll do that. I'll also take a look at the FMA stuff. I already use FMA for trackside grass so as soon as the DLS is working again, I'll trawl through the items.

I agree, the FMA assets are excellent They have come in handy for Terras bridge in the shot below.
