I hope I'm not going off topic, but I thought I'd show the construction of a residential estate:
This is an estate that began to be built in the 1930s near Sprotbrough, Doncaster. The estate is bordered by two lines, one in the background behind the wild hedge, the other just off shot bottom-left up an embankment. The first line was the Bentley Branch and led to Bentley Colliery, the second is the Doncaster avoiding line.
