Running into the single platform at Shawell. There are no passing facilities here. The colliery loco shed is on the left.
Leaving Shawell and heading towards...err haven't done the next bit yet! The colliery branch heads away up a steep gradient on the centre right of the picture, behind the exchange sidings.

I finally got around to using Gmax again and so I decided to redo the 86 upgrade project from scratch as my original attempts had got some major faults .
They should be ready for release soon once I've added some extra details around the buffer beam .
I hoping to upload the bogie's today now that the DLS seems to be accepting new content again

I'm hoping to upgrade Pikkabird's class 87 in a similar way that you've done the 86. I'll upgrade the bogey with high res textures (which should improve it ten fold, although it's pretty good to begin with) and am also in the process of retexturing the entire 87 base.....it'll be fully photo-textured in high res quality; this includes the minor details too. It's shaping up quite nicely as a "side project".
If anyone can think of anything drastic which needs changing on the 87, please let me know so I can make note. Of course I'll need to contact Pikkabird if I'm to make any physical changes to the body or bogies. A new custom cab & enginesounds are also planned.
I guess the project was inspired by your class 86 upgrades though!
Don't wanna take on too many projects at once though; I've distanced myself from a couple already as I simply don't have enough time to work on them all. Taking it one step at a time on this occasion; Class 20 & class 08 reskins plus the new route I'm working on are priority at the moment.

Yeah I've tried them but I didn't like the high pitched squeal on the sample when the loco was stationary plus the sounds were far too loud !
Sorry if I sound negative but the actually quality of the sounds was great , If you could adjust them (as above) then you'd be on to a winner .

Thats okay 
The sounds are loud because most of my sounds are quiet. I was trying to improve them, but I probably made them a bit too loud.
That high pitched squealing is the actual idle sound of the loco so theres nothing I can do about that really
But I will make them quieter soon

Select the folder you want to import (select the first folder and all the subfolders will be imported) and the content is imported. Just remember to unzip the zip files first

It depends on what version of trainz you have ?
The majority of files on my site are in zipped file format , So you'll need a zip file opening program (like winzip , winrar or the built in Microsoft opener ) .
If you have 2006 or above then you use CMP to import the files and then commit them . (but you'll need to have the built in content from 2006 if you install in TC1,2 or 3)
In 2004 you need to place the unzipped files in your Auran\world\custom\trains folder .
